How to create new Room for Meeting

Step1: Login to Meetzippy. Step2: There are 5 tools at the left corner of your page. First tool reads 'Meetings'. Click on it. Step3: Click on '+' icon reading 'Create New Room' Step4: Fill the details for your room and click on save changes. With this, the room will be created for the meeting.

How to delete a Meeting room

Step1: Each room have some tools attached to it. In the center we have bin icon. Click over it and room will be deleted.

How to Record Sessions in a room

Step1: Each created room have some tools attached to it. First tool with the camera icon reads Join/Record sessions. Click on it. Step2: Click on recording button and start recording your sessions.

How to send invite for a meeting

Step1: Each created room have some tools attached to it. 3rd tool with the envelop icon reads 'Send Invite'. Click on it. Step2: Fill the invite details and click on 'Invite' button. With this, invite email will be sent.

How to get link of a Meeting Room

Step1: Each room have some tools attached to it. One of the tool reads 'Copy viewer link'. Click on it. With this you will get link for the meeting room.

How to access your recordings.

Step1: As soon as you login to Meetzippy, you get some tools at the left side of your page. 2nd tool reads 'Recordings'. Click on it. Step2: With this your will get all the recording your have recorded earlier in Meetzippy. Last recorded video will be stacked at the top.

How to delete a recording

Step1: As soon as you login to Meetzippy, you get some tools at the left side of your page. 2nd tool reads 'Recordings'. Click on it. Step2: With this your will get all the recording your have recorded earlier in Meetzippy. Each recording have 3 dot icon at the top right corner. Click on it. Step3: You will get the menu with 4 tools. 4th tool with the bin icon reads 'delete'. Click on it and with this video recording will be deleted.

How to download a Recording

Step1: As soon as you login to Meetzippy, you get some tools at the left side of your page. 2nd tool reads 'Recordings'. Click on it. Step2: With this your will get all the recording your have recorded earlier in Meetzippy. Each recording have 3 dot icon at the top right corner. Click on it. Step3: You will get the menu with 4 tools. 3rd tool reads 'download'. Click on it and with this video recording will be downloaded.

How to get Embed Code for a recording

Step1: As soon as you login to Meetzippy, you get some tools at the left side of your page. 2nd tool reads 'Recordings'. Click on it. Step2: With this your will get all the recording your have recorded earlier in Meetzippy. Each recording have 3 dot icon at the top right corner. Click on it. Step3: You will get the menu with 4 tools. 2nd tool reads 'Get Embed Code'. Click on it and you will get the required.

How to make your Recording LIVE

Step1: As soon as you login to Meetzippy, you get some tools at the left side of your page. 2nd tool reads 'Recordings'. Click on it. Step2: With this your will get all the recording your have recorded earlier in Meetzippy. Each recording have 3 dot icon at the top right corner. Click on it. Step3: You will get the menu with 4 tools. 1st tool reads 'GO LIVE'. Click on it, then choose the social site where you want to post your recordings and proceed further.

How to record video sessions

Step1: Create meeting Room Step2: Each room have some tools attached to it. 1st tool with camera icon reads 'Record Session'. Click on it. Step3: Turn ON the record button and start recording. Step4: To end the recording session, click on the record button again to turn it off.

Use Whiteboard while Recording your Session

Step1: Create a Meeting Room. Step2: Each room has some tools attached to it. 1st tool with the camera icon reads 'Record Session'. Click on it. Step3: Turn ON the record button and start recording. Step4: To use the whiteboard, click on the 2nd tool with the pen-paper icon. With this, you are free to use a whiteboard. Step5: To stop using the whiteboard, click again over the whiteboard tool and with this whiteboard will be disabled.

Use Editor while Recording your Sessions

Step1: Create meeting Room Step2: Each room have some tools attached to it. 1st tool with camera icon reads 'Record Session'. Click on it. Step3: Turn ON the record button and start recording. Step4: To use Editor, click on the 3rd tool. With this you are free to use editor. Step5: To stop using Editor, click again over the Editor tool and with this Editor will be disabled.

Mute your Audio in Meeting Sessions

Step1: Create meeting Room Step2: Each room have some tools attached to it. 1st tool with camera icon reads 'Record Session'. Click on it. Step3: Turn ON the record button and start recording. Step4: To mute your Audio, click on the 6th tool. With this your audio will be mute. Step5: To unmute your voice, click again over the indicated tool and with this your voice will be enabled again.

Turn OFF your front camera while recording sessions

Step1: Create meeting Room Step2: Each room have some tools attached to it. 1st tool with camera icon reads 'Record Session'. Click on it. Step3: Turn ON the record button and start recording. Step4: To disable the screen showing your picture, click on the 5th tool. With this screen with your picture will be disabled. Step5: To enable back the front camera, click again over the indicated tool and with this screen with your picture will be enabled again.

Leave the session

Step1: Each room have some tools attached to it. 1st tool with camera icon reads 'Record Session'. Click on it. Step3: Turn ON the record button and start recording. Step4: To leave the session, click on the last tool with an arrow icon. With this you will be taken outside the session.

Mute Everyone in Meeting Room

Step1: Each room have some tools attached to it. 1st tool with camera icon reads 'Record Session'. Click on it. Step3: Turn ON the record button and start recording. Step4: To mute everyone present in meeting room, click on the icon indicated below.

Disable Everyone in the Meeting Room

Step1: Each room have some tools attached to it. 1st tool with camera icon reads 'Record Session'. Click on it. Step2: Turn ON the record button and start recording. Step3: To disable everyone present in meeting room, click on the icon indicated below.

Add CTA while recording sessions

Step1: Each room have some tools attached to it. 1st tool with camera icon reads 'Record Session'. Click on it. Step2: Turn ON the record button and start recording. Step3: To add CTA, click on the icon indicated in the below image. Step4: Fill the asked details and click 'Share'

Edit Meeting Room Title/Description

Step1: Go to the pencil tool reading 'Edit Details' Step2: Re-enter the Room title and description of your choice and after then press 'Save Changes'
